🔄 Rescheduling Policy
For Garbhasanskar Classes:
- •Rescheduling is allowed only within 24 hours of making your booking
- •Only one reschedule is permitted per booking
- •Reschedule via the link provided in your booking confirmation email
- •After 24 hours, the reschedule option becomes inactive
- •Classes can only be rescheduled to available Sunday slots (7-8 AM or 10-11 AM)
- •Maximum 7 students per batch - slots fill up quickly
For Video Consultations:
- 📧Before Consultation: Please email any relevant medical reports, test results, or documents to thegynaecguide@gmail.com before your scheduled time for better, personalized care
- •Rescheduling allowed up to 1 hour post making appointment

⏰ Video Link Timing Policy (Important!):
- ⚠️Video consultation link will ONLY activate at your scheduled appointment time
- ⏱️Link remains active for only 15 minutes from your appointment time
- ❌After 15 minutes, the link will automatically expire and cannot be used
- 📱Please join on time! Late arrivals may miss their consultation slot
- 💡Example: If your appointment is at 8:00 PM, link activates at 8:00 PM and expires at 8:15 PM
- 🔄If you miss your slot, you will need to book a new appointment
Video Consultation Extension:
- •Standard consultation: 15 minutes (₹699 / $15 / £12)
- •Extension available during active session only
- •Extension fee: ₹524 for additional 15 minutes (75% of base consultation fee)
- •International rates: $11.25 (USD) or £9 (GBP) for extension
- •Payment required immediately via Razorpay/PayPal before extension begins
- •Extension cannot be scheduled in advance
❌ Cancellation Policy
For Garbhasanskar Classes:
- •No cancellations allowed for Garbhasanskar bookings (free or paid)
- •All payments are non-refundable
- •Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded
- •You must attend on your scheduled date and time
- •No-shows will forfeit their session with no refund or makeup class
For Video Consultations:
- •No cancellations allowed for video consultations
- •All payments are non-refundable
- •No-shows will be charged full amount with no refund

- •Video consultations require stable internet connection
- •Garbhasanskar classes conducted in Hindi and English
Intellectual Property:
- •Recording or screenshot of classes is strictly prohibited
- •All content, materials, and teachings are copyright protected
- •Sharing of class materials without permission is not allowed
Class Conduct:
- •Join class 5 minutes before start time
- •Keep camera ON during session for better interaction
- •Maintain respectful behavior with instructor and other participants
- •Late arrivals may not be admitted (classes start promptly)
🔒 Privacy & Data Protection
- •Personal data collected for service delivery only
- •Email used for appointment reminders and newsletters (with your consent)
- •You can unsubscribe from newsletters anytime via link in email
- •Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing
- •Payment information processed securely through Razorpay/PayPal
- •We use cookies for website functionality and user experience
💳 Payment Terms
- •All prices displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), USD ($), or GBP (£)
- •Payment required before service delivery
- •Secure payment via Razorpay (India) or PayPal (International)
- •Payment confirmation sent via email within 5 minutes
- •No hidden charges - price shown is final price
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Dr. Neha Singhania and this platform shall not be liable for:
- •Any medical complications or adverse outcomes during pregnancy
- •Technical issues (internet connectivity, video quality) during online sessions
- •Misuse or misinterpretation of information provided
- •Decisions made based solely on Garbhasanskar classes without medical consultation
