Additional tests before trying to conceive:
- • Day 2-3 Tests: FSH, LH, Estradiol, AMH
- • Day 21 Test: Progesterone (to confirm ovulation)
- • Partner: Semen analysis
- • HSG/Sonosalpingography: To check tube patency
- • Rubella & Varicella IgG: Immunity check
- • Folic Acid: Start 3 months before conception

- • 150 min exercise/week
- • Low GI diet
- • 7-8 hours sleep
- • Stress management
- • 5-10% weight loss (if overweight)
🚨 When to See Doctor Immediately / तुरंत डॉक्टर से मिलें:
- • No period for more than 3 months
- • Heavy or prolonged bleeding (>7 days)
- • Sudden weight gain or difficulty losing weight
- • Severe acne or rapid hair loss
- • Signs of diabetes (excessive thirst, frequent urination)
- • 3 महीने से अधिक समय तक पीरियड नहीं
- • भारी या लंबे समय तक रक्तस्राव
⚠️ Important Notes / महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स:
- • Testing frequency may vary based on symptoms and treatment
- • If on Metformin, check Vitamin B12 yearly
- • If on OCPs, monitor BP and liver function
- • Adolescents may need different approach
